PLEASE NOTE :
All our deliveries require a signature. To avoid disappointment – please ensure you provide a delivery address where a signature can be obtained. Our couriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel. If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered to the address given, the goods will be returned to Novasol Spray UK.
If you request a refund, any costs incurred on the delivery of your order will be deducted from your original purchase. If you request re-delivery, the cost for the return and new postage will apply.
All Novasol Spray UK products are Aerosol can based and therefore cannot be shipped outside of Mainland UK. This includes the Isle of Wight. Due to restrictive costs of shipping to Scottish Highlands we need to charge for this. Please call 01730 887423 for costs.
Our normal service is 3 to 5 days, but if you need a guaranteed next day delivery, place your order before 12.00 noon on Monday to Thursday, and we will dispatch your order for delivery the next day. The charge for this service is £7.00 plus VAT. Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 12.00 noon, where Express Delivery has been selected, will be delivered on the following Monday. (For delivery on a Saturday please see the option shown below).
BEFORE 12.00 NOON EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you want to be certain of delivery before 12.00 noon on an overnight delivery, we offer this service at a charge of £15.00 plus vat. (Please note that the same criteria as for Express delivery apply i.e order before 12.00 noon Monday to Thursday).
We can offer a Saturday delivery service at an additional charge of £17.00 plus vat. Please note that orders need to be placed on a Friday before 12.00 noon to be eligible for this service.
Please note that these services (i.e Express, Before Noon, and Saturday Delivery) are only available for GB mainland addresses.
Dispatch times for standard deliveries should be within 24 to 48 hours (working days). However, circumstances may arise which may extend this, such as public holidays or unforeseen problems due to technical or other difficulties. Delivery following dispatch should be within 3-5 working days.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If deliveries are made outside the UK mainland, VAT will be at the current rate of VAT for Great Britain.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ?
At Novasol Spray we aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours on working days. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that can cause delays to our normal schedule, and we advise using one of our ‘Premium’ services where a guaranteed delivery date is required.
CAN YOU GIVE AN ESTIMATED TIME OF DAY FOR A DELIVERY ?
Unfortunately, owing to the unpredictable circumstances that can affect courier deliveries, such as traffic delays etc, we are unable to give any indication of delivery times on any given day. If you want to be certain of a delivery before 12:00 noon, we can offer this service at additional charge. (For more information on delivery options and charges, please refer to the heading at the extreme bottom of the Home page, under “Delivery Costs”).
CAN YOU OFFER A NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE ?
Our normal standard service is fast, but if you need a guaranteed next day delivery, place your order before 12:00 noon on Monday to Thursday and we will dispatch your order for delivery on the next working day. (For more information on delivery charges see our “Delivery Charges” page).
CAN YOU DELIVER AT WEEKENDS ?
Yes! For customers who are not available to receive deliveries on weekdays, or for those last minute orders needed for the weekend, customers can pay an additional charge for delivery on a Saturday. Orders need to be placed before 12:00 noon on Friday.
CAN NOVASOL BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS ?
Unfortunately, due to the risk of credit card fraud we are unable to offer this option online. In these circumstances please call us on 01730 887423 and place your order with our Sales team.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
In the unfortunate event of your order being damaged in transit, where possible, please reject the delivery. Please also contact us on 01730 887423 or by email, quoting your name and order number, and we can then make the necessary arrangements to replace or refund the order.

CAN I COLLECT MY NOVASOL ORDER ?
Yes! If you inform us by telephone that you would like to collect your goods, we can arrange this for you. This service requires 48 hours working days notice, to enable us to process your order ready for collection.
